Good news, and bad news...
Monday, Sept. 19, 2005, 9:00 a.m.

Good news: A 1.9 kg loss this morning! =)

BAD news: I tried to go out running this morning, and I honestly can't believe the shape I'm in. I could only bear it for ten minutes...=( Horrible! So now, I'm very determined to improve my shape. My new schedule will look like this, it may look like much but it's really not. =)

Mon: running
Tue: walking
Wed: running
Thur: strength
Fri: running
Sat: REST
Sun: strength

Yep, so it shall be. It was so embarrasing, I felt like an old lady huffing and puffing when I was running. I should be in better shape than this! I felt like I weighed 100 kilos again... :'(

So now I have to turn this around!!
