Tomorrow...

Weigh-in tomorrow morning...I honestly can't wait! I just love this, the feeling of doing something right for once.. I may be over-confident but this is just my way of approaching weight-loss. If I think positive thoughts, then it's easier to stick to the program.

I've followed my eating-plan all week, except for yesterday when my boyfriend took me to the movies... I bought popcorn and he ate most of it. But it didn't bug me. =D For some reason, I don't need to eat an entire bucket of popcorn to feel satisfied anymore. Nor do I need a whole bar of chocolate anymore to satisfy my craving.
I just enjoyed a piece of dark chocolate, and ONE piece was enough. Two years ago, the entire bar would've been gone in five minutes...

Sure, I have my weak moments. Especially when I'm down and I feel like eating everything that's edible in the fridge. =P But then I just try to remember what's important in life. And food IS important (for survival of course..), but not so important that I should allow it to take over my life...

My excercise this week:

Monday: Morning-walk 60 min
Tuesday: Walk 90 min
Wednesday: Morning-walk 60 min
Thursday: Strength + walk
Friday: Morning-walk
Saturday: REST!
Sunday: Strength + walk

Next week I think I'll start jogging...
