I feel like spaghetti

I'm back from the gym... I haven't been there for months and I also have a bit of a cold, therefore I couldn't push myself as hard as I would've liked. But soon, as my body is more used to this type of exercise again, I will try harder.

I'm thinking about taking up running, perhaps two times a week...I really, really want to be able to run again for thirty minutes straight. But first, I have to start slowly and lose a little weight again.

I will also walk a lot. Walking is really efficent when it comes to losing weight. =o) When I lost thirty kilos, I walked and walked and walked...it sounds boring but once you start doing it, you get so much energy and you just want to go out walking again. At least if it's good weather out. =) It's especially nice if you listen to good music, the radio, or an audio book... Time just flies by...

I feel so positive right now. I know I'll be able to reach my goal-weight. It's not that hard! I just have to keep moving my body and keep my head up and I'll get there sooner or later. I'm strong and stubborn, and I WILL succeed this time...
